Getting married is more than planning a beautiful wedding; it is about planning a strong foundation for a successful marriage. This is why premarital coaching is important! The 8-week coaching plan consists of preparing couples for strong, healthy, and fulfilling marriage by addressing core areas of relationship development. The sessions will include: Week 1: Introduction and Relationship Foundations- establish goals for coaching and identify strengths and growth areas in the relationship Week 2: Communication and Emotional Connection- enhance communication skills and deepen emotional intimacy Week 3: Conflict Resolution and Problem-Solving- develop strategies for managing disagreements constructively Week 4: Finances and Money Management- align financial goals and create a shared approach to money management Week 5: Roles, Responsibilities, and Expectations- clarify individual and shared roles within the relationship Week 6: Intimacy and Sexual Connection- learn how to foster a deeper understanding of physical and emotional intimacy Week 7: Family Dynamics and Boundaries-understand family influences and establish healthy boundaries Week 8: Future Planning and Commitment- solidify you and your partner's vision for your future and celebrate progress Journal included
Cancellation Policy
To cancel or reschedule please contact us 72 hours in advance. The rescheduling fee is $175.00 for in-person classes or services. The rescheduling fee is $50.00 for online coaching sessions, classes, or services. Rescheduling fees are non-refundable and do not apply toward future services, classes, or coaching sessions. The rescheduling fee must be paid prior to scheduling the next appointment.
