It's Monday and this day is what I like to call Masturbation Monday. Why not have a day dedicated to learning more about the art of self pleasure. Each Monday I will talk about the myths, the taboo, the benefits, even the history behind this erotic piece of art. Providing tips to educate you on how to better please yourself.

This Monday will be is about masturbation mindfulness. Simply put, becoming stimulated starts with your mindset. If your mind is relaxed and thoughts are free of stress the easier you will be when it comes to pleasing yourself.

Here are a few mindfulness tips to consider:

  1. Relax sex isn't enjoyable if you're tense. This not only applies with pleasing yourself it also applies when you're with your partner(s)

  2. Set the mood. Dim the lights, light scented candles, read erotica( some of my erotic poetry) *,or even watch erotica

  3. Timing is key. Don't rush slow touch make sure you have plenty of time to enjoy every moment of yourself

  4. Have fun and enjoy! Learn about your body each time you pleasure yourself.
