About the event
Sexual mindfulness is about paying attention — with intention and purpose, and without judgment — to what is happening during intimacy. It’s about being present and accepting the moment as it is.
In this 3 week event, you will learn ways to reconnect with your partner and become present when having sex.
Week 1 What is sexual mindfulness? Why is it important? How can I become more connected with my partner sexually? How do I show my partner gratitude? How can I be present during sex? Gratitude journal exercise
Week 2: Sex Space and Stress -How do we set the mood for sex? Is our bedroom inviting for sex? How can I overcome stress for a better sex life?
Week 3 : Mindfulness Sex using Sight, Sound, and Smell- Body Scan exercise and Box breathing techniques
Mindfulness Sex using Taste and Touch- Pleasure Mapping and Touch exercise
Each week, there will be exercises and an activity to complete prior to the next week's session
